WIRE MARKERS TYPE MZ®-DE
for individual marking with oversized tag

 


DESCRIPTION :

Closed profile Markers Type MZ®-DE manufactured using translucent, flexible PVC are resistant to most chemicals, oils, acids, common cleaning solvents and solutions. Individually made oversized labels may be produced in-house or printed and supplied by us. Markers are mounted to the conductor using Cable Ties Type OTK allowing for greater flexibility and application to very large diameter cables and harnesses. Mounting ties also protect labels from misplacement and damage. Markers are self-extinguishing and passed a full cycle flammability tests conducted according to Underwriters Laboratories Inc. standard UL 1581 method VW-1 as confirmed by a Test Report


APPLICATIONS :

Wire, cable, fibreoptic and telecommunication cable marking, pneumatic and/or hydraulic line marking


COLOURS :

Clear, translucent markers


TEMPERATURE RANGE :

-30oC to +70oC


PACKAGING :

Standard package contains 100 markers. Please note, cable ties are not included! Wire ties and labels are sold separately.


LABELS :

- 18mm x 9,5mm sheets of 352 labels
- 21mm x 4,6mm double sheets of 594 labels
- in-house produced labels on any suitable substrate

  • Accordant to the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 - REACH of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) we herewith declare that none of materials and/or substances used in manufacturing of our products is listed on the SVHC list - 23.01.2024
  • Meets the requirements of the European Directive 2015/863/WE (RoHS3) dated March 31, 2015 restricting the use of some substances within electrical and electronic equipment.

 

TESTS AND CERTIFICATION :
